Floor lamp in bronze with a bronze and golden patina.
The bole is decorated with a stylised woman bust.
Three flattened bangles give rhythm to the bole.
Flattened trumpet base.
Alberto Giacometti created this model for Jean-Michel Frank circa 1936.
This floor lamp is signed ‘AG’ and numbered ‘083’ on the foot and marked ‘Made in France’ under the foot.
It is registered by the Fondation Alberto et Annette Giacometti in the online database under the number AGD 4779.
Height of the bronze bole 155 cm (61 in)
