Guerlain "Coque d’or" perfume box

Perfume box in rectangular shape, one of the big sides opens up thanks to a hinge.
The box is made of white painted oak and its top bears, on a natural background, a golden grid in relief.
The inside is covered with a beige quilted fabric.

Length 21 cm (8 1⁄4 in) - Width 13 cm (5 1⁄8 in) - Height 6 cm (2 1⁄3 in)

Provenance:
- Private collection, Paris, France, where there were several boxes by Jean-Michel Frank, as well as a drawing by Christian Bérard.
