Two painted panels depicting, in a refined geometric setting, a fortune teller addressing three women and a naked man, a self-portrait of Marc Du Plantier.
The left panel is signed ‘Marc Du Plantier’ and dated ‘1936’ in the lower left corner of the decor.
These works come from the exceptional painted décor that adorned the dining room of Marc du Plantier’s Parisian apartment, created by his own hand around 1936.
