This set is very elegant, Jean Royère knew how make a classical model, so modern. This model of chair was chosen to furnish the "Salon Goncourt" of the famous Parisian restaurant "Drouant". Since October 31, 1914 the jury members of the Prix Goncourt have been gathering on the first Tuesday of each month in this Drouant’s first-floor lounge.
