The frame is hand-carved in cherrywood. It has subsequently been gessoed and gilded with "Caplain" gold (white gold), then burnished using water gilding technique. The flat glass is a hand made clear mercury glass. Signed on backcloth verso ‘MTK London 2017’ No 3 of an edition of 4 in various finishes.
