The Atelier Madoura, an acronym for the first syllables of ‘Maison Douly-Ramié’, was founded in 1938 by Suzanne Ramié, born Douly, and her husband Georges Ramié. It continues to produce pieces even after the death of the Ramié spouses, until 1997.
