Pair of armchairs
Circa 1955
Pair of armchairs with a high back, made of oak and mohair velvet.
The slightly reclined back and particularly envelopping with its two ears on each side remind the traditional "wing chair".
The deep seat is raised by a removable cushion.
The armrests, which lengthen the front legs, are made of a cylindric section of wood which become slender at the back.
The back feet are "saber-shaped".
